01CURRENT PRODUCT WORK

Specta at kW Engineering

I work on Specta’s AI integrations, document processing, data reliability, ontology tools, and interfaces for building operators.

Built at kW Engineering. My role: Software Engineer.

Model-portable AI assistant Built the provider layer that lets Specta’s AI assistant run on more than one model vendor, with tool calls working end to end.
A document pipeline that fails loudly Hardened document ingestion so failures surface in the interface with a reason, rate-limited work is picked back up after restarts, and silent data loss gets caught instead of hidden.
Commissioning issues on a real workflow engine Moved commissioning issues onto the platform’s native workflow engine with an in-place migration that keeps every record ID, then rebuilt the issues page as a filterable register with PDF export.

Reality Commit

Compare photos from site visits, label assets, and review proposed changes with verification notes. Save the history in your browser or export it as JSON.

Engineering decision: Keep observations separate from conclusions. Reviewers verify proposed changes before saving a history entry.
Scope & limits: Manual annotations, IndexedDB storage, and JSON export. No automated inspection or image diagnosis.

03Interactive delivery demo

DispatchTrack Lite

DispatchTrack delivery dashboard showing fictional assignments, exceptions, and driver capacity — Actual demo · sample data · September 2026

Create deliveries, assign drivers, resolve exceptions, and review delivery history. The public demo saves fictional records in your browser; the Java backend is a separate implementation.

Engineering decision: Model delivery states explicitly. Require a driver before dispatch and a note when recording an outcome.
Scope & limits: The public demo uses browser storage and fictional data. Shared accounts and a hosted Java API are not connected.

Practice 50 cloud questions with shuffled answers, immediate feedback, and score and streak tracking. Runs directly in your browser.

Engineering decision: Use immediate feedback and shuffled answers to turn passive study into active recall.
Scope & limits: A dependency-free study game with 50 questions, not an official AWS exam or certification predictor.
